These microwaveable kale chips will help your salty craving while up late studying. They’re super simple to make, and only require a few ingredients. Just store them in a resealable plastic bag and you’re set! Feel free to add different seasonings with each batch, depending on your resources. Happy snacking!
- Fresh kale
- Olive oil
- Sea salt
- Other seasonings (optional)
- Cut kale leaves off stem
- Toss kale with olive oil and seasonings in a bowl
- Place as a single layer on a microwave safe plate
- Microwave for 2 minutes
- Check for crispiness; add 15 second increments until they reach desired crispiness.
